The water system is pressurized to ensure luxurious showers. The whole    house is also fitted with a whole-of-house air filtering system, ideal for   those suffering from Asthma and breathing related allergies.

The 2 King sized rooms have modern en-suite shower rooms and there is a   twin room and large bathroom with hand held shower. Situated on the edge    of the Pennines with rolling countryside and lots of visitor attractions nearby. The village of Melmerby just a mile away with its famous Organic Village Bakery.

Gamblesby is a beautiful tiny hamlet, with its own old stocks! We are perfectly situated for the Pennines, and the Lake District less than half       an hour away. Hadrians Wall is also nearby, along with the historic city of Carlisle. It is an excellent base as a touring centre for the North within easy reach of numerous National Trust properties, Pennine Way, Coast to Coast  and much more. Upon booking, guests receive details of the best local restaurants and we are able to accept deliveries from Tesco.com. We are  near to a Morrisons , a M&S Simply food and local food stores are nearby.

On arrival, guests receive a comprehensive information pack on local attractions, take-aways, places of interest and where to buy the best in    local and organic food.
